The year came with a lot of challenges, but just like other businesses, we embraced the new normal and weathered the challenges.

Focus & Goals

In staying true to our vision to be Africa’s No. 1 VoIP, Video and Data service provider, we started the year with the goal of expanding our services to other selected locations in Nigeria and some African countries. We started up well until………

We adapted to the New Normal

Change they say is constant. One of the ways to measure the strength of any business is its ability to plan ahead, adapt to changes that may occur and position the business to execute. modified plans when the challenges materialize. Most, if not all countries, were caught unprepared by the COVID-19 pandemic which changed the way we work.

Like most businesses, we had to adapt to the new normal by going remote and adjusting our initial plans  It was not a smooth ride but we were able to still achieve a lot in 2020.

We Grew

In the year in review, we experienced growth across our entire portfolio of services.

The following were noteworthy:

· Ghanawifi:

Tizeti’s quest to become number 1 in Ghana got a boost as we expanded to 5 new locations: Adenta, Madina, Spintex, North Kaneshie and Tema.

The expansion allowed us cover the highly populated areas of Accra and Tema and set us up to expand into a new region in 2021.

· WifiCall:

Voice call grew from 3.6 Million minutes in 2019 to 13.5 Million minutes in the year in review. This is an impressive 4x growth in a year. We launched the Version 2 of the WifiCall Voice Calling app for Android and IOS. We also integrated our VOIP service with a leading CRM provider; Freshdesk.
